Low-e Glass Washer
Horizental glass washing and drying machine.It is specially designed for tempered glass production line, laminated glass production line, hollow glass production line etc. It has a three-step cleaning function and is also very easy to clean glasses of different sizes by using it with the stepless regulating driving system. Each cleaning area is with stainless steel or other specially treated steel. Of course, hard brush and soft brush devices are optional, which is designed for hard Low-E glass cleaning.
Product introduction
Automatic glass washer and drying machine include below sections:
- Glass loading section.
- Loading section with pre-wash: nozzles for rinsing and a water tank.
- 3 pairs of brushes will be equipped with 3 water tanks to supply water. Water heaters optional.
- 2 or 3 pairs of air knives to dry the glass.
- Glass unloading section.

- Modular design; Top zone can be lifted to 400mm;
- Heavy duty structure built to last, with long lasting components;
- High pressure spraying nozzles, with stainless steel pipes that can take down quickly by just turning.
