During the tempering process, pressure control should not be underestimated. Appropriate pressure can ensure uniform heating and cooling of the glass in the tempering furnace and improve the tempering quality. Operators need to reasonably adjust the pressure according to the size and shape of the glass, and pay attention to the reading of the pressure gauge to prevent abnormal pressure fluctuations.
After the glass is out of the furnace, the cooling process must strictly follow the prescribed procedures. Use appropriate cooling methods and speeds to allow the glass to cool slowly and evenly to enhance its strength and heat resistance. During the cooling process, prevent the glass from colliding and squeezing each other, causing surface scratches or cracks.
Daily maintenance is also critical. Clean the inside of the furnace regularly, remove dust and debris, and ensure good heat dissipation and ventilation of the equipment. Regularly inspect and replace key components such as heating elements and fans to extend the service life of the equipment. In addition, operators must undergo professional training, be familiar with the equipment operation process and emergency handling methods, and be able to handle problems quickly and correctly when encountering problems to ensure production safety and product quality.
